"Great customer service and help when most needed"
"I would like say a big thank you to Key 2 Communications for helping me through a bit of a crisis, my hard drive just stopped working, of course I hadn't saved any of my files over the years, yes years.
My two sons had kept on at me to back the files up, but I kept saying that it wouldn't happen to me, well it did !!, so in desperation I rang Key 2 Communications to see if they could help me, they were brilliant, they managed to rescue all my files.
I have had my computer for 10 years or more and as you can imagine it was shot, so Key 2 Communications sorted me out with a new computer and a flat screen, now I am absolutely over the moon and well worth the price, which was a lot less than I thought it would be, thanks again Key 2.

He sorted our computer last year after it was hacked and we called him out for a different fault yesterday and he made an appointment immediately and fixed it the next day. "I rang Key 2 Communications regarding connecting to WiFi issues. My son had got new gaming PC for Christmas and he couldn't use but. Nightmare! Sandor came round next day and sorted it. Also he completely upgraded my own PC which was so slow and rubbish. Is now like a new Computer. All with a reasonable price.
